My Ticket for my appeal is still in progress and has not even been looked at whilst people around me who bought accounts breaking TOS are being unbanned. If i get knocked back with some AI slop. it will force me to contact my lawyer and proceed from there.

We have identified 100 players who were incorrectly banned in Rainbow Six Siege after a routine ban wave review. After a thorough investigation, all affected players have been unbanned.

All remaining bans have been verified and confirmed as valid.

If you’ve tried appealing through Ubisoft Support and keep getting the same useless automated/AI generated replies, there is another option you should know about

SignalConso is a French government platform for reporting consumer issues. It can take around 1 month to get a response, but the important part is that your case is actually reviewed and forwarded to the company, not to an AI system.

Ubisoft has to respond to the report instead of simply sending you another generic support response

I’ve seen multiple cases where players who got nowhere with Ubisoft Support had their situation properly reviewed after going through SignalConso. I will add some proof so that you can see how does it looks like

But if Ubisoft Support keeps giving you copy-pasted answers and closing your case, you have nothing to lose by escalating it through the proper consumer complaint channel

See this is the part I do not understand. I am a veteran player who owned my account since console. I have been told by other players that their bought accounts from selling sites are being unbanned when they literally bought it. But I am still waiting on an appeal ticket review?!

Its a fucking joke how a ban wave hits, pros get banned streamers and t2 players it could be account sharing; false or cheating. But tell me how all the pros and streamers instantly unbanned but every ticket of ours and other peoples closed without any investigation? PLEASE MAN
