Ein Mitarbeiter wird in seinem Auto von einer Person (auf Fahrrad) gerammt. Die Polizei kommt, stellt die Personalien fest und der Unfallverursacher ist Georgier (welcher Krieg ist da eigentlich?!) und hat keine Versicherung. Er spricht auch kein Deutsch und hatte keinen Grund angegeben, warum er denn in das Auto gefahren ist.

Die ganze Familie bezieht Bürgergeld (eine Frau und 4 Kinder), daher nichts zu holen. Nun greift die Versicherung (Verkehrsopferhilfe), allerdings erst wenn ein Vollzieher bei der Familie vor Ort war und dann feststellt: hier ist nichts zu holen.

Dafür muss ein Antrag auf Vollstreckung gestellt werden, was natürlich umgehend getan wurde und nun die eigentliche Frechheit: Die Sachbearbeiterin, die im Amt für die georgische Familie zuständig ist, rief den Anwalt an, um ihn davon abzubringen, man solle die "arme Familie" jetzt doch in Ruhe lassen.

Nun der eigentliche Skandal bei der Sache: Das ist KEIN Einzelfall. Von den vielen Millionen Flüchtlingen "verzichten" viele einfach auf die Versicherungspflicht im Straßenverkehr und natürlich auch auf eine private Haftpflicht.
Da sie Bürgergeld beziehen kann denen ein Bußgeld auch nichts anhaben, da sie nur Grundsicherung kriegen und diese nicht gepfändet werden kann.
Diese Menschen leben also komplett auf alles straffrei und sie spüren erst ab Gefängnisstrafe ohne Bewährung etwas von einer Bestrafung.

Soll heißen,

Falsch parken: egal
Zu schnell fahren: egal
Nicht versichert sein: egal
Unfall verursachen: egal
Rechnungen nicht bezahlen: egal
