You have to be very, very careful with people who have lost parents, siblings or children. When someone experiences that level of loss, it changes how they see everything. Things that used to matter suddenly don't. They have less patience for fake energy, meaningless relationships or anything that destroys their peace. Because losing someone that's close doesn't just shatter your heart. It changes parts of who you are. Some storms don't just break branches, they change the way the tree grows forever. They move differently, they love differently, even behind their biggest smiles there's a way most people will never understand. Grief doesn't simply disappear with time. You just learn how to carry it. That's why they value real connections differently. I know firsthand that someone you love can be here today and gone tomorrow. So when they protect their peace, their energy, and the people they love. Understand where it comes from because they've already experienced what it feels like to lose someone they thought they'd have forever.
I really don't want this to die down. Because it really pisses me off how women's concerns are always brushed under the rug like "it's nothing" and "you're overreacting".
We're being called antis, hoes, bitches, etc. Abuse victims are being mocked and silenced.
I could be at the deepest and darkest point of my life yet simply seeing outside like this will instantly put me in a good mood. I wish it happened more often
oh you won't get it, I feel so unbelievably happy in this specific narrow window of weather. The smell of the ozone, the sound of leaves rustling, the cool wind, the clouds moving, the rumblings distant thunderclaps, nothing makes me feel so at peace with myself.
