The Last of Us is a wonderful litmus test of whether one likes gritty stories because of what they say about finding our humanity in an unforgiving world or if you’re a nihilistic baby who just likes grim aesthetics but balks at any real emotional complexity.

@cocosrosita The TWD s6 finale/s7 opening was effective in of itself, but we must remember it comes between two seasons of random fake-out deaths (TWO for Glenn) time wastes (Beth) and padding story. From the jump, TLOU is presented as a consequential story minus cheap drama. P2 should work.
