I’ll be interested to read further articles from @JacobSteinberg on what’s going on at the club. I’m probably way off base. But if I’m not, my punt in the dark would be to activate Jack Collison and get him in the coaching setup. (6/6)

Thinking about #WestHam’s current plight and I’m convinced there’s no-one in the coaching setup who understands the club, culturally but also the day to day and a lot of the players. I’m sure Noble does a bit, but you need a Nolan, a Pearce, someone. (1/n)

This unicorn probably wouldn’t help turn things around immediately, but I’m convinced would help long term if we’re sticking with Lop. Moyes had Nolan, Noble and Rice (and Pearce briefly) who all understood the club, not sure who Lop has. (5/n)
