A surgical center in rural Uganda runs entirely off-grid.
Solar power. Teak screens, woven Nile reed ceilings, clay tiles made by local potters.
This is what African architecture looks like when planned with intention.

This is one way to go about it.
But the people who get the best jobs barely do all these.
They use LinkedIn differently, and Iâll teach you EXACTLY how in three steps.

I donât know about you guys but I think I have hacked the Temu discount thingy. I add items to my cart and leave them, I receive mails weekly some items in my cart are on discount and what was N30,000 will suddenly be going for N4,500. Once I accept the offer, I check out alongside other items, rinse and repeat.
I am happy that Mr Julius Akorinako, a retired District Inspector of Schools in Kamwenge, listened to our advice and transitioned from growing maize to coffee farming. He started with just two acres of clonal coffee seedlings from a coffee nursery bed. Within two years, he had his first harvest.
In the first season, he earned Shs 5 million, with a profit of Shs 3 million, confirming his decision to invest in coffee. Encouraged by this success, he expanded his plantation to six acres and now earns Shs 20 million every four months, totaling an annual net income of approximately Shs 40 million. When I came to Kamwenge, people were planting maize; you would find someone telling you they had two acres and were making only Shs 600,000 gross. I asked them, "Donât you see that this is blindness?"
I, therefore, thank them for listening to my advice and now inspiring others.
