The reason most "agencies" fail is because they never take the time to focus on the 1x thing that actually matters:

Client Results / Fulfillment

In a service based business, having a proven process or delivery mechanism that helps client get xyz result is the ultimate leverage

The moment you "master" a specific skill or mechanism (ads, short-form content, sales, etc.) you can scale in many ways:

A) Productize your service & Scale the # of clients you work with
(Scale through volume)

B) Go all in on 1x client & become a "partner"
(Scale through "equity"/ownership)

C) Become a fractional C-Suite member (CMO, CRO, etc.) for a few (2-4x) clients

But most people are too hung up getting & replacing clients every 3 months bc they focus on the wrong things🤷🏼‍♂️
