@wfcouncil What an absolute joke. You take weeks to reply to emails, yet send paper through the post constantly. Waltham should drop the Forest bit of it's name - you want to get rid of forests! Instead of pointless surveys please try some customer service, it might help.

@wfcouncil So months on and my block is still insecure, and you haven't responded to emails, & stopped responding to twitter. Then I received a paper letter (way to go on the environment guys!!) talking about service charges. Given there's no hint of service you can forget that!
