@Uber_Support Every time I write something new, the reply doesn’t fully have the context of the story. How is that streamlining? Your customer service is not working together. I’m explaining the story each time and nobody replies back about the specifics of my issue.
@Uber_Support@Uber Does anybody know how to contact Uber besides app? Everyone in customer service on the app thinks being charged triple because the driver takes the wrong exit and drives you to next city is ok. I’m pretty sure that’s not a reasonable/legal business practice.
@Uber_Support Every time somebody replies to me it sounds like a new person that isn’t following the story and just tells me generic policies. Does anybody in CS actually read about people’s specific issues?
