I'm seeing a lot of talk about Tay Melo and Sammy Guevara potentially wanting out of AEW. This was sparked by claims that Tay Melo requested her release in 2025 and was denied by Tony Khan, along with rumors that Sammy may be leaving after removing AEW from his social media profile.

I'm not going to treat any of this as fact, but it does highlight an issue I've had with AEW for a while.

You have talented wrestlers like Sammy Guevara, Tay Melo, and Britt Baker sitting in the back with little to nothing to do. Whatever the reasons may be, whether it's attitude issues or simply not having creative plans for them, if Tony Khan genuinely sees no use for them, then just let them go.

If the concern is that WWE will use them better and turn them into bigger stars, then why not use them and make them stars yourself? Otherwise, they're providing very little value to the company while collecting a paycheck, and you're creating an environment where people become frustrated because they aren't being used.

If they're unhappy and AEW has no plans for them, I think it's better for everyone to move on. And if they end up becoming WWE's problem, then so be it.

A young woman lost her life in a hit‑and‑run along Ortigas Avenue. The SUV involved — a white Toyota Land Cruiser with plate number SSS‑11 — was reportedly driven by the 20‑year‑old son of its registered owner.

Whether the driver or the owner is a lawmaker or not, they must surrender. Our authorities must act swiftly and decisively. The House Committee on Transportation has already said the authenticity of the congressional sticker can be verified — control numbers don’t lie.

But beyond stickers and protocol plates, what matters is accountability. No privilege, no position, no influence should shield anyone from the law.

The victims deserve justice. The public deserves truth. And the nation deserves leaders and citizens who respect life and the rule of law.

No sacred cows, please. Let justice prevail.
