@7_5_Cobra My friend who come to Chennai often end up saying "It's so peaceful around here. Less horns blaring, spacious apartments (unlike Mumbai) and affordable too. Everything is cheap, nothing digs a hole in your pocket.
It's a case of Grass being greener on the other side.
@7_5_Cobra The daily commute in Chennai is stress free. Roads empty by 9 pm... You get back home. Spend time with your family.... All this used to happen 20 yrs ago in Mumbai - not anymore.
@7_5_Cobra I was born and brought up in Mumbai and now working in Chennai since the past 2.5 yrs.... C'mon guys, we don't have to party every weekend... And Chennai has a culture which I believe is well preserved... It should stay that way.
@7_5_Cobra Rang De Basanti me theek hi bola tha "Koi bhi desh perfect nahi hota. Ussey perfect banaana padta hai".
Things will change... Nightlife will improve, roads will get crowded before we know it. Chennai is developing and I can see that. Let's not give up on it so soon....
@7_5_Cobra There are seeds of change being shown. You will see something changing in your lifetime.... It will be better to revisit this post 20 years later and then think if it changed for the better or the worst.
@7_5_Cobra Change is necessary... But not at the cost of destruction of the very fabric on what the city was built on - values exist... There's space on the roads, for one another... That's important too. You drive to office without the need to madly overtake another vehicle
@7_5_Cobra Yes there is a need to change, but we know change comes at a cost. In Chennai people are still connected to one another - unlike other metro cities, where we are connected well through "WhatsApp". A family still comes together for dinner in Chennai. That's amazing...!!
@7_5_Cobra It's absolutely thrilling to see that neighbours know you and you know your neighbours. If there's an emergency, the neighbours come to your rescue. In Mumbai, if there's an emergency, we get into the society WhatsApp group asking for help instead of ringing the next door bell
@7_5_Cobra There's no old world charm left in Mumbai & Delhi anymore.... We speak highly about Bengaluru and it's nightlife but everyone struggles the whole week commuting to and from office for a decent weekend nightlife?? I mean, c'mon...!
@tweet_puns@skjsaurabh Very good thought buddy.
Usually after so much virality, people usually do not delete viral posts... And the Author is a startup founder. He will certainly not delete I guess.
@sabeer@yogashar99 Sabeer Uncle..... You are not making sense here. India is known for hard workers.... And India is a huge market.... There's always demand for many other things besides 10 mins delivery. Any bright ideas that you may have for them to do something else?
@mohansson@sabeer@_amitbehere It's slavery ya? And employees working in shiny offices till late night - glorified slavery? Sitting late at night, I can order stuff and save time today compared to when Sabeer Uncle used to squeeze the juice of of his employees during Yahoo/Hotmail days...
@sabeer We are a family of 2.... Forever running and very rarely at home.
The insta delivery helps us when we have to stockpile our grocery. Don't know what conversations you had with an Indian Uncle.... But Sabeer Uncle, this innovation and the gig worker is helping us here in India
Name has 2 b an exact match. DigiYatra accepts web checkin but u r damn rigid, insisting on name. In 2days day and age, cell no, email id, etc r all available as convenience factor. Banks allow OTP validation bt u continue this scam and deny CX their right to claim loyalty points
@IndiGo6E Feel cheated...
I can web checkin with initials of my last name and DigiYatra accepts it, but to claim BluChip Loyalty points, you want the full name on boarding pass. @DGCAIndia Please look into this strange policy... @PMOIndia@RamMNK
UR loyalty program sucks on 2 counts....
I hv 2 claim points b4 the trip ends. It means I hv 2 claim my loyalty points before I can move on with other priorities. Convenience 4 CX would be to allow them 2 claim their points in 30 days of trip completion
Why can't you make your loyalty program customer friendly and easier to claim before or after the trip and within 3 months of completing the trip @IndiGo6E .....?? @DGCAIndia@RamMNK@PMOIndia
