I wonder how many people building AI for the trades or in construction tech have scaled YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook pages to 10M views/month.

There are a lot of founders who have never been apart of building something
There are of course exceptions, but plenty of them don't know the first thing about building a business
Ambitious young people used to join startups before founding their own. Now they skip straight to founding. Every founder says the best people are impossible to hire. All my AI native portfolio companies that fail are getting bought. That talent is too valuable to let walk.
