Very disappointed and surprised at the attitude of @LloydsBank towards a colleague who has been the victim of a cyberfraud. So much for their new APP policy and protecting their customers! Apparently, it's "her fault". Not very compassionate.

Has anyone else had issues getting a PCN cancelled by @ypsuk YourParkingSpace? They keep claiming it's been done but won't provide evidence and the parking company claims it hasn't. In the meantime, the PCN is escalating and will go to a collection agent soon. Grr
