@AhmedHudha @SneakyCapz It’s a multi year, multi government project. Today fuel price over 35 cents per kWh. Under this (around 11 cents/kWh), STELCO is saving over USD 1 million per year in fuel spending. It’s one of the most successful private sector investment in SIDS through guarantees mechanisms.

@AhmedHudha @SneakyCapz Yes. Finance through the carbon neutral investment plan that was submitted to the World Bank on 7 Feb 2012. My last email in that gov. Project signing, design and location approval 2017-2018. Dr. Hussain Rasheed oversaw the PPA agreement signing. Installation when I was Minister.

Character assassination simply because someone supports a different candidate in an internal party election is exactly what weakens our party.

The right to choose is a fundamental democratic principle. We must respect it.

@MickailNaseem is an exemplary MP and will always be.

@Ranfahtaru @SabraNoordeen @BoaSuv Chairperson is an unpaid role. I think we need to be careful about how we define “full time.” It does not need to mean being free of all other responsibilities. If we define it that way, we risk limiting these positions only to people with significant personal wealth.

Refreshing to hear @MickailNaseem’s continued commitment for unity and stronger internal governance in the party. 2028 is not guaranteed. We can only win through inclusion, trust, and unity.
