I didn’t use a realtor on the last rental property I sold and it was way easier. I had multiple offers and was able to just talk to the buyers directly and explain we can bother save tens of thousands of dollars by us just talking and being straightforward with one another. It was so much easier for everyone and I legit had 50+ realtor calling non stop trying to convince me to let them sell it. Houses sell themselves never bought a house because of a relator, I have not bought a hoard because they want to try and hide crap. Just do it yourself next time if you want to advertise just go do it and don’t fall for it won’t be on the MLS BS. It’s 2026 everyone uses 2-3 apps like Zillow and Redfin to look for a house. You can get a real estate agreement online and if you’re really worried have a hourly lawyer look it over.
