My personal data is tied to that old account! Am I just supposed to let it be exposed to whoever gets that number next? This is unacceptable. @_Kalyan_K, your customers deserve better data protection.
@FlipkartSupport I understand OTPs (from both old and new mobile) are needed to update a mobile number. But what's the plan if the registered number is no longer active or in service? How do I update my new number then?
@Flipkart
And this is beyond inconvenient. Your solution to "just create a new account" when an old registered number is unavailable is a huge privacy concern. #Flipkart#DataPrivacy#CustomerServiceFail
@morph_guru@airtelindia@Airtel_Presence Lol.. Latitude and longitude?? Either Airtel is planning a surprise party for you! Or sending a personal satellite to orbit your exact location.. 😂
@oleg008 Interesting solution 👍. Why not use up/down keys to do the same thing so it doesn't need 5+ key presses to reach the end of the content?
And isn't this also conditionally accessible since you can't 'tab' to the buttons?
@oleg008 Yep, fiddle's to show arrow use when caret is in input. The buttons became inaccessible as soon as we set tabindex. How about conditional accessibility? Reset tabindex when input has value? Or if it's a 1-col list, use ⬆️⬇️ to navigate inputs and tabs for all? Just brainstorming
@oleg008 I didn't try but I was thinking first make the buttons unfocusable setting tabindex -1. Add a keydown event on input to capture up/down arrows. The js code would also prevent the default behavior of up/down, find the button before/after the input, click it & refocus the input.
@oleg008 Up/down arrows were just used as an example but I get your point. Javascript can override this default behavior though. Does your solution use Javascript?
