@bookingcom They need to contact me directly to secure lodging for my family of 5 in Jackson Hole. Please confirm that this has been handed off to the executive team.

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

.@bookingcom allowed a scammer to list a "phantom," non-existent property in Jackson, WY, took a $1042 deposit via an app link approved by their own CS agent, and now left my family of 5 with nowhere to stay. Exec emails ignored. Honor your Book with Confidence guarantee!

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

@bookingcom I am not looking for standard customer service troubleshooting. I require an executive case manager to review the email thread sent to Glenn, honor https://t.co/nJGJUFptrD's 'Book with Confidence' relocation guaranteee

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

@bookingcom Thank you. My case has already been escalated directly to CEO Glenn Fogel's office via email, but I have not received a response.

Please internally flag my Booking Confirmation # 5656.654.893 and immediately route it to your Executive Customer Relations team.

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

@bookingcom I would like Glenn’s exec escalations team to contact me ASAP. Please let him know

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

@bookingcom I’ve sent this information directly to Glenn. Look forward to hearing from the exec escalation team asap as the regular customer service team isn’t able (or willing) to help

@delta I chatted with an agent over a week ago about my global upgrade certificates. Was told I’ll get an email but haven’t heard back. Would appreciate a reach out to get this resolved - thank you!

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

@PatrickMcEnroe @DjokerNole Let’s be super honest - it wasn’t a Bo5 match and both guys knew it. What’s the point of this hypothetical? Be honest with yourself

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

@Gill_Gross This did not age well

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

@AbhiR_Goa @Big3Tennis How? Maybe a third RG in 2013 - that was 5 sets and close. Other losses to Rafa at RG and USO were not close

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

@gigicat7_ 2 #nadaldjokovic matches I wish had diff results - 2012 AO and 2018 Wimby. Epic 5-setters that could have gone either way, but if Rafa had won those there’d be no debate on his greatness across surfaces. Would have been a triple career grand slam incl 10 non-clay

@CexyLasserre @saurabhdixit120 @Big3Tennis 😂 let’s hope Rafa’s foot treatment goes well and we get to see more of his spectacular play soon including at #Wimbledon. Would be amazing to see have a go at calendar year slam!

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

@CexyLasserre @Big3Tennis I’m a massive Rafan but have respect for Djokovic’s many accomplishments. If it weren’t for him, Rafa would have at least a few more slams (of course the reverse holds true too).

[Anuj Kapadia @anujkapadia]

16 of Rafa’s 22 slams include wins over Federer or Djokovic. 12 of these were in finals, 3 SFs and 1 QF (RG ‘22). 7 of his 8 losses in GS finals are to Federer or Djokovic, the lone exception being AO ‘14 to Wawrinka. Simply an unreal competitor #Nadal #bgtennisnation
