Pariwahan website shows my driving licence was dispatched via Speed Post on 2 July, but India Post tracking says the article hasn’t been booked yet. Which department should I believe? @MORTHIndia @IndiaPostOffice

@IndiaPostOffice Thank you for your reply. I tracked the consignment number, and seems it has been dispatched yesterday after my tweet.
I am not sure whose fault it was, but we expect some good service.
