उसका नाम है Married Women’s Property Act यानी MWP Act

MWP Act क्या करता है
अगर इंश्योरेंस लेते समय MWP Act के तहत पॉलिसी ली जाए तो पॉलिसी की रकम सीधे पत्नी और बच्चों की मानी जाती है वो पैसा insured व्यक्ति की personal property नहीं रहता

इसका सबसे बड़ा फायदा पति पर कितना भी लोन क्यों न हो कोई बैंक कोई creditor कोई recovery agent उस insurance amount को छू तक नहीं सकता

MWP Act के बिना क्या होता है
Insurance amount estate का हिस्सा बन जाता है पहले loans settle होते हैं अगर पैसा बचा तो परिवार को मिलता है कई बार कुछ भी नहीं बचता

MWP Act के साथ क्या होता है पूरा पैसा सीधे पत्नी और बच्चों को मिलता है Loans का इससे कोई लेना देना नहीं

ये option कहाँ मिलता है
Life insurance लेते समय proposal form में बस एक जगह tick करना होता है अलग से कोई extra charge नहीं लेकिन ज़्यादातर लोग इसे ignore कर देते हैं
