ORBIT ACHIEVED. 🚀
Vikram-1 Test Flight-1 has reached orbit. India's first privately developed orbital rocket has completed its final burn and injected its payloads into a ~450 km orbit, making India the third country in the world with private orbital launch capability.
History is made. 🇮🇳

During Operation Sindoor, this Bangladeshi girl (naleybynature on socials) was at the forefront of spreading hate & misinformation against India on TikTok. Now, she is modelling for Indian brand Norblack Norwhite which is collaborating with Nike. We need to call this out!

Lots of discussion about the IMF bailout to 🇵🇰.
Some people have also opined that 🇮🇳 should have ‘voted against’ and not just ‘abstained’.
Unfortunately it doesn’t work like that. In this (rather long)🧵, I attempt to explain the processes as well as the implications. 1/n
India's monthly labour data is here! Finally!
The April data is pegging unemployment at 5.1%; rural unemployment at 4.5%; urban at 6.5%.
While not strictly comparable, in the early days, till analysts get comfortable with the new data, there will be some comparison with CMIE, which shows a higher 7.7% unemployment rate.
Other stats from today's govt data:
*Unemployment in the urban 15-29 age bracket is 17.2%
*Overall labour force participation rate is 42%; female labour force participation is 26%.
Data will get debated and discussed for what it says about the economy as future months get released, but India macro data nerds will be thrilled at the addition!

Turkey, be ready. This's only beginning.
Following Turkey's support for Pakistan, Apple traders in Pune have decided to boycott Turkish apples. Turkish apples are sold in Pune for 3 months & this business is worth around ₹1200-1500 Crore.
I'm sure Aamir Khan won't like it!
"War isn’t just the duty of armed forces—it’s the responsibility of every citizen to know where their interests lie. Stay united and boycott goods, services, and nations that oppose our values. "consumerism is a powerful weapon" #EconomicResistance#StandForWhatMatters"
Due to Turkey's non-cooperative stance in the current global scenario involving India and Pakistan, we’ve decided not to offer any accommodation services to Turkish citizens in Goa. We stand firmly with our nation.
