@BestBuy As the CS guy couldn’t raise a request at his end, he asked me raise a new order request and call them back after I get the refund. But later on when I called back CS team never agreed to the initial convo and just kept saying sorry, that person didn’t give correct info - 3/n

@FedExHelp What a incorrect way to deliver an important package! Driver never visited my unit and just mentions that the customer refused the delivery or customer not available! Now the shipment is going back due to shipper restrictions. This is the world class service I get.
