@airtelindia I have been facing numerous connection issues from Airtel broadband and despite numerous complaints, the issue is never properly resolved. It's sad to see that Airtel service quality has fallen so low.

@amazonIN i received a damaged product and to initiate a return/refund i had to talk to customer care for 15mins out of which i was kept on hold for over 10mins. Kudos to your customer service!!! Keep it up!

Having a car is supposed to make things easier, not harder.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate what other information do you need? Phone number is 0832-2640529. Internet hasn't been working since 8th June. Technicians visited on 26th June and reset the modem completely. Every month we pay total bill of 767.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH our broadband hasn't been working for over a month now. Made multiple complaints, 2 technicians came and just reset the modem and left. We're paying full bill while we're not getting proper Internet even for half an year. 2640529.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH Been 25hrs since internet stopped working. We tried calling the local BSNL office to register a complaint, but as usual, no one answered. The problem is recurring and the offices don't respond to calls. Landline no: 0832-2640529.

@BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate broadband service not operating for over 2 months. Lodged multiple complaints with BSNL office Canacona, Goa which have been ignored.
