@HiltonHotels When I arrived at 2/30 pm on 8th jan 2025 there was only one lady busy servicing customer on phone. There were no one there whom I can relate to hotel staff⁉️your property Graduates at Storrs is much better. Room also very basic with no maintenance with drawers open pipe seen

@HiltonHotels I have been staying in your various properties in America and even the smallest hotel or city has good facilities/ basic but your property Hilton East Brunswick is very bad. No amenities no help of staffs nothing like Hilton. Suggest you to remove your name fr this

@MoheganSun I paid a good 800 usd for 2 night stay and I felted cheated.We sud avoid this hotel on weekends. Casino is nice and we should stay somewhere outside any nearby hotel and use the money on casino

@MoheganSun today was the 2nd day and I had switch on the light for the service to clean my room and when I come at midnight from casino I am shocked to see there is no cleaning and no water filled. After trying 11 min over phone manager saying the service botton is not enough

@MoheganSun we should not pay or come on weekend and pay them high room prices as they unable to provide timely check in where as lesser category rooms guests have already checked in which means that the housekeeping delays

Where as they claim that on Sat we can check in as early as 6 am
