My father suffered a brain hemorrhage and is bedridden. Due to pending KYC, his SBI account has been restricted and funds needed for his treatment are stuck. How is a bedridden patient expected to visit a bank for KYC?

I also contacted SBI Customer Care to register a complaint. I was informed that there is no provision to lodge a complaint against a branch or staff for not assisting in such a situation. I explained that I had already visited the branch with all relevant medical documents.
I visited the SBI Nehru Place branch and explained the situation. I was asked to wait and later told to visit the branch again, despite being informed that no solution was available. As my father primary caregiver, repeated branch visits are extremely difficult for me.
My father can only speak and move his eyes. He is completely dependent on me and my family for all daily activities. Transporting him to a bank branch is practically impossible and medically risky.
