@CarrierMideaInd@carrier it’s quite shameful #SeniorCitizens who are buying your products are being made to live in this heat without ac because your service team isn’t doing their job . Can someone give a date of resolution? Year if date is not possible ?
@CarrierMideaInd@carrier I am sure even you guys will struggle in this heat to be without AC for 30 days . Think about your parents and other senior citizens which are being harassed due to negligence by your service teams .
@CarrierMideaInd my father 70 year old , gave his ac for repair a month back He has no update Guys took the ac &all he is left with is complaint numbers which your call centre has started to cancel. Is it a standard practise @CarrierMideaInd to harass senior citizens ? @carrier
@CarrierMideaInd@carrier Appreciate the reply . Mr Rohan from your service centre AS enterprise took the AC in May for repairing of coil. By when should we expect . #SeniorCitizens are sitting without AC in such heat because of your teams negligence . Can you give us a resolution time and date

@IKEA@IKEAIndia CC guys just said @IKEA@IKEAIndia systems are a but messed up. We end up taking orders for products which are stocked out and it’s happening to many customers that we do part deliveries and they get stucked . He said it’s @IKEA system fault . Can you pls deliver
@IKEAIndia ordered a chair and got just the frame when u opened the box. Customer care said it’s not available but when I showed it’s showing online they a polished and places an order . And now CC saying yes we placed order but we don’t have product. Stop fooling customer @IKEA

@AshwiniVaishnaw the AC lounge at Delhi railway station run by Triupati associates needs ur urgent attention . Dirty toilets &seating arrangement give a horrible & the infra is inadequate. The attendants simply blame the state of affairs on @RailMinIndia .
@IKEAIndia you have successfully managed to fool me with your ads. I purchased on 28/3 with promised 29-3 delivery . I am only getting calls to ask for experience and product is yet to he delivered . @IKEA do you have legit operations in India ?
@airindia @TataCompanies On hold with your customer care for 30 mins &hold was for 2 mins .They confirmed it’sbeen 22 days since I cancelled & refund has not been made , ur TAT being TAT is 5-7 days but not sure why refund hasn’t been made & asking for 7 more days
@airindia Your customer care genuinely is making things unforgettable . They saying systems error of @airindia so refunds taking more than 4-5 weeks instead of days . Quite shameful @TataCompanies
When @airindia says putting the call on hold for 2 mins . And mind you this is for a refund which they promised 20 days back . @TataCompanies I think at least government use to issue refunds honestly , you guys have taken the airline to a new low
