@united airlines I have lost one of my checked in bags arriving from India. It has been misplaced in Chicago. I really need my bag because of many sentimental items that are in the suitcase and I would really like an update on the same. File ref# CLT56551M

We are residents of NC and leaving to India on June 20th and I have not received my OCI card yet. I have emailed and left about 5 voicemails and yet no response. The stays says processed on your website but I don’t know what that means? Please help!
