@GWRHelp booked on the train from Paddington to Newbury via Reading. Train delayed into Reading arrived at 2105 and the connecting train to Newbury left at 2105! Seriously?! The Newbury train should have been held 2 mins to allow for the delayed connection.
@GWRHelp I will certainly arrive later but I don’t want a refund. I want GWR to change the way they operate. This keeps happening.

It’s most likely that they are not changing the oil enough, or cleaning the extractors / geese traps often enough. In either case it is apparently a serious health and fire hazard.
