🚨🚨We are screaming at the top of our lungs. We are sounding the alarm. We need to get back to work🚨🚨 https://t.co/HVDgjRJJ2B
Just yesterday, three young men were killed in a fight over drinking water. People are so deprived of the most basic necessity of life, that they are now dying trying to access it.
The situation in Gaza is desperate, and it is quickly deteriorating.
People need water. They need food. They need the basic essentials required to stay alive. And The Sameer Project needs to be able to respond.
But we do not have consistent funding to operate at the capacity Gaza demands. And yet people are waiting, they need our assistance.
We need monthly donors.
Consistency allows us to plan. Gaza needs stability. And in a place where almost everything has been made uncertain, your monthly donation allows us to show up not just today, but tomorrow.
Please sign up to become a monthly donor today: $5, $10, $25, $50, $100 - whatever you can commit to consistently. And then send this to everyone you know. Ask your friends. Ask your family. Ask your coworkers. Ask your community to sign up with you.
We are sounding the alarm because this is critical now. Monthly giving means daily survival. Help us get back to work.

🖐 When was the last time you shared or donated for eSIMs?
We keep receiving new requests from people in Gaza but have to turn all of them down because we barely manage to keep the 50 plans we currently handle active
Good morning from Gaza. Good morning from our Refaat Alareer Camp. https://t.co/dT6xhwzZFU
While most of our operations remain paused as we work to secure enough monthly donors to return sustainably, our Refaat Alareer Camp remains open with basic services. This is a medical camp, these families here count on us, and we cannot leave them without care.
Here, a little beauty amid all the heartache and struggles: one of our camp residents, Bayan, with the most beautiful voice, wishes the children of the camp a good morning through song.
May every child in Gaza have mornings filled with beauty and joy.
Help us return sustainably. Become a monthly donor of our Refaat Alareer Camp.

The Sameer Project started from a desire to help our Palestinian people differently - with dignity, without conditions, and in a way that returned agency instead of creating dependency.
We continued because the genocide continued.
And now, we are devastated to say that The Sameer Project is being forced to pause our daily operations.
Not because the need has decreased. Because the money has run out.
We are panicking. We are stressed. We are heartbroken because we know exactly what this pause means for the people who rely on us.
Mothers still need to feed their children. Families still need drinking water. The elderly and sick still need medication. People are still being killed in airstrikes and shootings while the occupation continues to manufacture deprivation by restricting aid.
We have always been an emergency response group. When you donated, we spent that money immediately on people who needed help NOW. We did not save it for some predictable tomorrow, because in Gaza tomorrow has never been promised.
Now we are reaching a point we never wanted to reach: we do not have enough coming in to keep responding.
This pause is not administrative. It is not harmless. When food, water, medicine, transportation, and emergency assistance disappear, people can die.
We desperately need you to understand the urgency of this moment.
Please help us restart operations. Please donate. Please share. Please do not let Gaza lose another lifeline.
In the coming days we will share with you exactly how to be part of the solution - how to bring The Sameer Project back. The need did not stop and neither can we. Stand with us…

The next charity project in 🇵🇸
Rice and meat were provided to one of the displaced persons camps.
We require the necessary funds of $1000.
Donate directly through PayPal and GoFundMe. Link in first comment. 🇵🇸👇👇👇
For two weeks, The Sameer Project shifted to rice and burgul meals due to the lack of funds. Support here: https://t.co/6l9JFjWInX. The families in the camps we distribute in were really upset that we stopped meat / chicken meals, so we decided to be innovative and came up with more affordable dishes packed with protein!
Our incredible Chef Majid came up with nutrition filled meals like this one that they called Thai Chicken, which includes onion, black pepper, mushrooms, corn and carrots. Wholesome and filling meals for only $3!
Right now, The Sameer Project kitchen is making around 1,600 meals per day for four days a week. We used to cook 7 days a week but have now reduced the days due to the decrease in funding. We need your help to go back to 3,000 meals for 7 days a week to support Palestinians in Gaza!
Give $3 to provide a meal in Gaza through our Food & Water Campaign: https://t.co/6l9JFjWInX

We’ve done the impossible - almost. We build a desalination plant in the middle of a genocide. Now we need your help to for its daily expenses. Donate to do the “impossible” - https://t.co/naUewmm9jH
Germany is
- requiring sick leave certificates on the first day of illness, while clinics are already pushed to the limit.
- enabling 100% reduction of unemployment benefits.
- attacking the 8h work day.
- increasing the retirement age.
Austerity is class war from above.
The Stonewall riots began 57 years ago today.
Queer patrons fought back against a police raid at the Stonewall Inn, sparking days of protests against the police and discrimination. Today, the riots are widely recognised as a turning point in fighting for LGBTQ+ rights.

This heat is not only a climate emergency, it is class war. The rich burn the planet, then buy air conditioning, private pools and second homes while workers are left in overheated flats, unsafe jobs, failed public services and burning cities. Climate Action Now!
