@bentossell@OpenAI Here's a script you can run in your browser console that will automatically archive all of your chats one-by-one https://t.co/zTH65PULpA
@steren@Waymo It replaced all of my Lyfts/Ubers, and some of my public transit. I don't use it for commute, that's still MUNI. I also just took a lot more trips overall because I didn't have a car and waymo was free until recently and is fun to ride in 🙂
@vsbuffalo Wouldn't it be good if the notebook tracked whenever there was non-linear execution (top to bottom, one execution each) and flag that somehow (like a visual marker in the gutter)?
We’re thrilled to finally talk about our collaboration w/ the Google Maps Platform team!📍🔥
GMP just released their Extended Component Library based on web components and #builtWithLit. These components let you build better maps faster, w/ less effort

@djsheldrick@justinfagnani@meoyawn Come hang out in the Wireit Discord at https://t.co/mxJHr7mzzR! Re-writing Wireit in Rust is something we've thrown around as an idea before. It would be cool to hear about your experiences with Lazyrepo/Rust, and maybe there are some things we could collaborate on? cc @rictic
@dany0w Thanks! I'm glad to hear it's helping you out! Are you using it on any public projects? Also consider joining our Discord if you have any questions/ideas (https://t.co/mxJHr7m1Kj)
Wireit (https://t.co/fm3YMNW5ur) now has a Discord server at https://t.co/mxJHr7mzzR

Wireit upgrades your npm/pnpm/yarn scripts to make them smarter and more efficient.
@absentmindedbi Yep, it's very similar to docker compose in terms of being able to declare a dependency graph of services that boot up in a certain order, but no containers, as you say.
New release of Wireit!
What's new in v0.7.3:
⭐Services, for orchestrating long-running scripts
⭐Cascade, for more control over when scripts run
⭐A new logo!
Wireit extends npm/pnpm/yarn to make existing scripts smarter and more efficient.

@TheLarkInn Bazel/Blaze was the main inspiration. It's fantastic, but migrating from npm is a big commitment and pretty complex.
So Wireit instead adds many of its features directly to npm scripts.
I am interested in adding Bazel Persistent Worker protocol support to Wireit!
@DavidWells Yes it does!
It can even do that on GitHub Actions, automatically and for free, by just adding a uses clause to your workflow: https://t.co/Zlxg8lTpuL
🧵3/3
The new Wireit "cascade" setting gives you more control over when scripts rerun/restart.
Wireit errs towards rerunning whenever a dependency changes. But this isn't always optimal, e.g. if only a subset of output is used, or if new assets don't require a server restart.
🧵2/3
The new Wireit "service" setting lets you orchestrate servers and other long-running processes.
When used as a dependency, services start up and shut down as needed — like a server during an e2e test.
When run directly, services keep running across watch mode iterations.
💙 https://t.co/yb8EDfsNx9's interactive samples and tutorials are - of course - #builtWithLit and usable on any website with no special server required.

@BenDelarre@buildWithLit We're using Wireit (https://t.co/fm3YMOd8wr) to orchestrate exactly this setup. Instant JS emit with esbuild, async type checking with tsc. It's great.
