@optivohomes @Debz22971 So gardeners are finally coming out tomorrow at long last, still no response on when I can expect to get my refund on what I've paid in my service charge for grounds maintenance. Garden hasn't been touched since January 2018 yes 2018!!!!!

@AOptivo @optivohomes The gardens come round this to do community grass on the estate all they did was cut the grass did not touch the bushes the whole estate is a mess pay peanut and get monkeys to do the job ,this is my service changed I pay for to do a good job
