Showing the misses is part of the process. On Friday, a planned sale in one of our funds failed its test run, so it was not sent. A planned buy was held back because its trading cost could not be checked. The minutes record both.

Base quality fell on 103 of 157 coins. Buzz still rose.
We compared our quality score for 157 Base coins with yesterday. It fell on 103 and rose on only 53. The typical coin lost about 1.3 points.
Yesterday was much calmer. Quality fell on 80 of 157 coins, and the typical coin lost only about 0.2 points.
Online buzz went the other way. It rose on 85 of 157 coins, and the typical coin gained about 0.2 points.
So the gap grew. 60 coins got more buzz while their quality fell, up from 45 yesterday. Only 25 coins rose on both scores, down from 38.
More talk with weaker numbers is a reason to look closer, not to buy.
When buzz rises and quality falls, which one do you believe?
Data: Messy Virgo quality and buzz scores for Base coins, today's update, checked 12:34 ICT · Not advice.
Altcoins are up less than 1% over 30 days. Bitcoin, about 7%.
We track 17 crypto sectors, not counting stablecoins. Altcoins as a whole are now up about 0.6% over the last 30 days. Yesterday that number was about 4%, and two days ago about 9%.
Bitcoin is still up about 7% over 30 days. Ether is down about 2%.
Six of the 17 sectors have now been down for over 30 days, one more than yesterday. SocialFi joined them, though only just. Privacy coins are down about 13% and meme coins about 12%.
Some sectors are still clearly up: infrastructure tokens by about 19%, and DePIN (networks of shared physical devices, like wireless or storage) by about 17%.
Will altcoins slip below zero this week, or hold where they are?

It still can't tell you what got screened out, who argued the other side, or who signed off before the size went in.

Last time (#10): about 37.
Dragging it down:

· Bitget is closing some accounts and did not say how many or why. It was hacked for about $388 million in September.

· DTCC plans to launch its token service this month, starting with 25 stocks, funds and US Treasuries.

Our news score is about 0 out of 100 for a fourth day, the bottom of the scale. Fund outflows and hacks lead.

Our AI fund council met 35 times this week.
Across 7 small test funds, 30 sessions ended in a trade and 4 in a hold. One has no outcome listed.
Its market read moved from neutral to risk-off. WASSIE topped one fund's screens as a candidate, not a trade.

Today, one of our funds made a small change, and we've made every step public. The screening lists the new coin and the reason. The council minutes explain why we added it. The History tab shows each trade with a link to the transaction on Base. No login needed.

Five sectors have been down for over 30 days. Yesterday, just one.
We track 17 crypto sectors, not counting stablecoins. As of this morning, 5 of the 17 are down over the last 30 days. Yesterday, only one was: meme coins. Exchange tokens are among the five, but only just.
The biggest swings: privacy coins went from about +10% to about -8% over 30 days. DeFAI (AI tools for DeFi) went from about +9% to about -8%, and DeSci went from about +16% to about -4%.
Altcoins as a whole, excluding stablecoins, are still up about 4% over the past 30 days. Yesterday that number was about 9%.
Over the last 15 days, all 17 sectors are down. Real-world asset tokens held up best, down about 3%.
Is this a short pause, or are the monthly gains about to disappear?

Saturday coffee, quiet charts, nothing urgent.
AI agents can now propose a move and wait for a human tap to approve it.
Nice for safety. But a tap only shows who approved, never why.
That "why" is what we work on at Messy. On our AI Fund OS on Base, AI does the research and argues both sides before a person sees anything. A human certifies before capital moves, and every call is kept on record, misses included.
Still verifying, running small test books. Markets nap on weekends. The thinking doesn't.
What's in your mug this morning, and would you approve an agent's trade before finishing it?

@jessepollak Love this direction. Currency rails onchain still need a Fund OS that verifies before agents trade size. @MessyVirgoCoin is in verification phase on Base for exactly that. How do you want builders to show the paperwork?

The pump we saw last month was just the pre pump.
Few days ago I shared that the current PA reminds me of the PA from '24.
First week of September '24 we saw the same pre pump.
Now, 2 years later we see the same pre pump but, @MessierM87 is now much bigger, they got a lot of producst, different applications like ;
Horizon, VirgioDAO and Adastra, just to name a view, the list is much longer.
Now they coming with MEX which will be an absolutely game-changer.
Also the buy back and burn mechanism is going crazy, the concept "work for yourm bags" is gettin a whole other perspective cuz, the community raids and they burn.
They already burned 25.5M tokens in 6 burns.
Look at the chart, you get the same place to bid on a project that it's much bigger now then it was 2 years ago.
TOP100 isn't a question anymore, it's primed and in a few months you will be like ;
Damn he was right.
Tell me you are on the radar without telling me you are on the radar… 💪🏻
And each dm is reviewed on legitimacy and to see if there are any benefits for #M87.
Why #M87 deserves your attention 👀
The vision goes beyond crypto.
#MEX , messier exchange,is on the horizon, aiming to bring Crypto, Stocks, Commodities, and RWAs under one roof.
More is coming.
A solid project under $20M MC worth keeping on your radar.🤝

Hot inflation, round two. News score stays at 0. Mood holds in Nervous.
Our mood gauge (0 to 100): about 62 before news, about 37 after. That reads as nervous.
Last time (#8): about 38.
Dragging it down:
· US producer prices rose 6.3% in the year to September, the fastest since 2022. Rate hike fears are back.
· Over $900 million in crypto bets were liquidated in 24 hours, mostly longs. Bitcoin is back near $82,000.
· Security firm Blockaid says on-chain attacks keep setting monthly records. AI agents widen the target.
Still helping:
· Schwab opened Bitcoin and Ether trading to all clients. It holds about $13.3 trillion in client assets.
· Mastercard and BVNK launched one platform for businesses to hold, send and spend both dollars and stablecoins.
· A top US bank regulator expects final stablecoin rules under the GENIUS Act before the end of October.
Our news score is about 0 out of 100 again, still the bottom of the scale. Inflation and liquidations lead.
What this means: mood barely moves, from about 38 last time to about 37, still nervous. The big picture is still fine, but hot inflation keeps the pressure on.

🚨 Crypto has a signal problem. Not a data problem.
Today, a token can gain attention while its fundamentals get weaker.
Messy Virgo just highlighted this on Base:
📉 Quality scores fell across 92 of 155 coins.
📈 Online buzz rose for 83.
The market is talking. But is the data backing it up?
This is where AI-powered crypto research matters.
🔍 Due diligence before conviction
🧠 Council deliberation before decisions
⚖️ Risk gates before execution
📊 Transparent, documented fund activity
AI shouldn't blindly follow the hype. It should challenge it.
That's the vision behind Messy Fund OS.
Research → Council → Risk Gates → Execution.
Less noise. More evidence. Smarter decisions.
