@TheO2 trying to get through to amend a blue badge number for accessible parking on Friday and so far been waiting 1hr 30. Please can someone advise why it's taking so long to answer the parking phone line?
48 mins in phone q but still more than 8 callers ahead. There has to be a better way. Being able to book #accessible seats on @AXS_UK makes such a difference. Why is this presale not available there? Why is this not available on #Ticketmaster ? Failing disabled customers here.
@TicketmasterUK@OVOArena@parkwayofficial trying for accessible tickets on #o2priority but #Ticketmaster not loading, no presale on #axs and 20 minutes of being told the accessible booking line number was not recognised to even get in a q. Hardly accessible. Very disappointing.
@TheO2@linkinpark Been unable to load the map on accessible tickets since getting through the queue at 9.30am. Reloading makes no difference. Phone queue has just reset on me after 46 minutes so I now have no chance of getting tickets. Appalling service for the disabled customers.

@TfL wheelchair user here. Myself and carer were loaded onto a Heathrow Express train following the signal failure on Piccadilly line on Saturday, without being informed of the huge journey cost compared to Elizabeth line. Who do I speak to to get this refunded please?
