@sproutsfm attempted to send in feedback about bugs in the app through the contact page, only to find a bug in the contact page itself! Love your store, but the app needs a a lot of work.

@ChaseSupport what are the hours for your fraud department? I’ve called at a reasonable time multiple times (6pm, 8am, 8:30am, etc) only to go through the phone tree to find out the department is closed…
@SweetwaterSound I just noticed that y’all hide reviews for low rated items (<4 stars) on category & search pages. What is the thought process behind obscuring that information? It feels a bit deceptive and inconsistent with your customer friendly brand image.

@estellecaswell I just found your video about J Dilla’s use of the MPC while researching it’s history and was absolutely blown away by it! I especially liked the way y’all used graphics in tandem with music to help explain his unique approach.

@ALLOdotcom Big fan of your audio products & wanted to share some UX feedback about your site. +1 for it being responsive, but when you click the menu icon on mobile, it's not immediately obvious you can scroll. A new user might think what they see is the full list of products.
@hifiberry Yes I agree completely! I think your buyers are the kind who could appreciate something like an Audio Precision test report. Also, I think there are specs, that when written correctly, can be useful (e.g. Watts Produced into 4 Ohms @ 0.1% THD+N)
@hifiberry Hi! Curious to know if y’all have measurements (e.g. THD + N) available for any of your products. I don’t see any specs on the product pages or anywhere in the support section of the site.
