9-5 jobs are comfort money.
They give you just enough money to make it hard to leave.
Then you buy a car, buy a house, and have kids. Then it's just too much risk to leave the job.
Next thing you know, you blink, and you're 60.
The problem most people have is they over estimate their will power.
The truth is that if you remove all temptations/triggers from your life discipline to get what you want is quite easy.
If you keep them it is not.
@to_jear Gym, a lot of sleep, eating healthy, no drinking are the most basic things I start with when pulling out of a slump. Then set some big but achievable goals as well to give myself more motivation/something to focus on. Just my method. You got this man!
Experience is really just advanced pattern recognition.

If you re -imagine the hand we’re dealt by life as a “difficulty setting”
(Country, city, parents income, race, gender, etc)
It means if you were born with more handicaps, you picked “hard.”
And it means you’re the only one with the opportunity to beat the game on that level :)
