With the rising dominance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in problem-solving and decision-making, economies around the world are rapidly adapting to this transformative innovation.
As a Government, we anticipated this shift and developed our Digital Economic Policy to provide the necessary capacity and foster strategic collaborations essential for driving a vibrant digital economy.
I reiterated this vision while declaring open the 4th Artificial Intelligence & Robotics Summit of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) in Owerri, during which, I called on private sector operators and investors to align with our Digital Economic Policy and leverage the wealth of human capital we have developed.
I commend the Nigeria Computer Society for their continued dedication to technological advancement. I also encourage them to explore the immense potential within the Imo Digital Economic Policy, with the assurance of support from the Government.

Good morning Arewa!
According to a UNICEF report, there are 15.23 million out-of-school children in Northern Nigeria, while the South has only 2.58 million.
• North West: 8.04 million
• North East: 5.06 million
• North Central: 2.12 million
• South West: 1.15 million
• South South: 769,000
• South East: 664,000
This is a serious educational crisis that needs urgent attention. Stakeholders across the North, from government officials, traditional leaders, NGOs, volunteers, and members of our communities, must unite with determination to secure a better future for our region.
Let’s liberate the younger and next generation from the cycle of poverty and limited opportunities by ensuring they all have access to education.
Kindly share as widely as possible!
Congratulations to Sen. @m_akpakomiza on your inauguration as the 6th elected Governor of Edo State.
May your election add value to Governance, economic growth and infrastructural development

This week marks a bittersweet moment as I hand over my role as Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare to my dear friend and colleague, Dr. Isiaq Salako @SalakoIziaq.
I have known Dr. Salako for many years, and I am extremely confident in his ability to work alongside Professor Pate @muhammadpate , build on what we’ve accomplished, and achieve the remaining goals and objectives we set out to accomplish.
It has been an honor to serve as your HMSHSW for the past 16 months. During that time, the @Fmohnigeria has made significant strides in revitalizing the health sector and advancing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR’s @officialABAT goal of providing Universal Health Coverage and delivering comprehensive, meaningful healthcare to all Nigerians.
I would like to emphasize that the work we’ve done was not the result of my efforts alone. It has been a collective effort involving my office, the CMHSW’s office, the Office of the Permanent Secretary, the Ministry's directors, and too many others to name.
I extend my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to everyone who has supported and worked with me throughout this journey.
This is not farewell; it’s simply "see you later."
Congratulations sir @nentawe1 on your appointment as Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Federal Republic of Nigeria
Stronger together
Today, I visited the National Chairman of the APC in his resident to appreciate the Presiden and the party for finding me worthy to contribute to serve our nation.
