Exciting News! Today, @oneacrefundRW, @RwandAgriExport & #CEPAR signed an MoU to boost fertilizer access for coffee farmers across #Rwanda. Through Tubura Field Officers, farmers will get fertilizers by paying half the price, with NAEB & CEPAR covering the rest as a subsidy.
