Dear @dhlexpressuk thank you for the photo of my parcel outside my apartment building. By the time I got downstairs it was gone. And the concierge had no idea. Next time - 1. Ring my buzzer. 2. Leave it with the concierge. 3. Don’t leave it on a busy London road!

@AppleSupport, your chat left me with the impression that I could get my battery replaced in one day. Yet two stores later, I learnt it’s actually 3-10 days. This is not the best computing experience you promise
@AppleSupport, your chat is as surprised as I am that Apple Covent Garden takes 5 days to repair a battery and Apple White City takes 5-10 days. Care to comment?

@AppleSupport , I went into your White City, London store today to get my MacBook battery replaced. They told me it will take 7-10 days. I thought it was same day. Your system thinks it’s the same day service. What’s going on?
@ExpediaUK so I stood in front of @SixtUK to collect my car. Expedia tells me the booking can’t change and I need to cancel and make a new booking. Which I did and as soon as I drive off I am told the cancellation was not approved. Great customer service
