Hi @JioCare I have been trying to contact via customer care number but not able to contact any agents ,
I have raised many time complaint about the network speed and issue -from 5g it's changing to 4g rapidly not able to browse or able to view any post in social media apps

I have booked a consignment from My home town to banglore, on 24-oct-2025. While tracking the shipment it's showing as Calicut as the final destination, where as I have the receipt of booking which clearly stated banglore attaching the picture
