it seems to me that Bitlocker with pre-boot PIN enabled doesn't derive the key from the PIN provided, but passes the PIN to TPM and retrieve the key back, even with enhanced PINs
That means if there are vulns on TPM that allows reading keys from TPM, the pre-boot PIN is useless?
