@UKEnterprise@NissanUK well my rental car from enterprise has broken down with an electrical system fault, which is ironic as it is a rental to cover my Nissan which has broken down with an electrical system fault. Oh and it seems Enterprise are shut on a Sunday !!! Shocking
@NissanUK so how can it be in any way acceptable that 6 days after my 2023 X trail broke down Nissan have still not provided me with a courtesy car or an update as to the status of my car !! Not impressed and constantly being fobbed off on the telephone.
@NissanUK Not sure what happened to my last message, but it’s still been 6 days since my 2023 x Trail broke down and I have yet to receive a courtesy car from Nissan customer services or an update as to what’s happening with my car despite ringing multiple times every day.
@TrooliFibre hello, our service has dropped off to under 20Mb download but upload is still a few hundred. A reboot hasn’t sorted anything and nothing on the service status ?
