@echoeslament Regen/Medica2/3 are good for party topping up when out of combat or when u arent expecting party to take damage for 10-15 seconds. Avoid spamming them.

Majority of healers ignore Benison and Aquaveil or equivalents (Cel Intersect on AST) on other healers too almost completely.

@echoeslament Learn to be efficient on your resource usage. Don't hold everything for rainy day! Use Benison, Aquaveil on main tanks pretty much on cooldown. Dont hold ur bigger buttons like Bell and Wings forever. Use these between glare/dot casts. Use lilies/tetra for aoe/spot healing.
