But you just have to get it.

In client delivery never set artificial deadlines for yourself

For example after an unexpected client request during the morning

Replying; "I'll get this done today"

Sets a deadline for yourself; if the day doesn't turn out as expected or the request takes more time than anticipated you will now disappoint the client

Even if you get it done the same day; it doesn't get you any credit since that was the expectation

Instead confirm the task and let them know you and the team are on it and it wil be done as soon as possible

If you then get it done the same day the client will feel like you are doing a great job since it was faster than their expectations
