@UPS absolute shambles at your Newhaven facility. My delivery goes out and back because you are short staffed. If that’s the case don’t take the business on. Why not prioritise failed deliveries to be fair to customers? Not good.
@POferries shambolic - Calais - boat 2 hours late but showing as on time. Hundreds of cars idling for 3 hours because it’s cold outside - great for the environment … not. No info. Can’t even leave. Now I remember why I usually travel Eurotunnel or DFDS.
