@makemytripcare First complaint made on 23rd Dec (multiple calls), 24th Dec again followup call, again 26th Dec with escalation, again 28th Dec on X. Still no response just fake assurances. Extremely disappointing. Their 24-48 hours are doing on since 23rd Dec.

@LEVIS Hi @LEVIS ,the Indian customer care sucks. I have written to them with images reg. wrong item being delivered, they haven't responded. This was 3rd July. I escalated to their feedback team on 6th, still no response. Their helpline is always busy and no one replies. Please help!
@UberIN_Support Hi, He switched on the AC after some time. I dont want to complain further. But this is frustrating to hear specially when I have travelled in UberGo everywhere in India and no such rule was implemented.

I would recommend go for @zomato, @zomatocare. I have compared costs. They are same, even the Gold vs Swiggy One membership cost is same. But customer service is far better, empathetic and swift. Lesson learnt the hard way (3/3)
Be careful when ordering from @Swiggy@SwiggyCares coz incase of any bad delivery, they will fool you by providing a very short validity voucher as a refund. Most of the times its difficult to redeem it within that short period and they will not bother or help redeem it. (1/3)
You will suffer reaching out to them through various avenues, through app, emails, X but you will waste your time and they won't care. Lame replies that's all. There is huge difference between redeeming a free "offer" and getting back your hard earned money "returned". (2/3)
@SwiggyCares I first contacted customer care which asked me to write an email which I did on 17th May. Please check DM for screenshots. After that twice through emails I have been told that the coupon is active - both on 20th and 22nd. I have written every time that I am unable to use.
@Swiggy Even after reaching out numerous times on app, through phone calls, through email and even DM on X, there is no resolution. How dumb can the replies be? Maybe automated template messages. Is it fun to rob 591 bucks from customer?
@Swiggy Could you hire better customer support? What's the point of confirming you are "refunding" the customer and then not helping refund money. What's the point in providing coupon code instead of money with just 7 days validity? Is this some free offer? It's our hard earned money!
