Nikolai Astrup og Trine Lise Sundnes fra Stortingets EFTA-delegasjon er denne uken i Vietnam sammen med parlamentarikere fra Island, Sveits og Liechtenstein. De skal støtte opp om de pågående handelsforhandlingene mellom EFTA og Vietnam.

Union Minister for Finance and Corporate Affairs Smt. @nsitharaman interacted with Ms. Tuva Moflag, Head of Finance Committee, Ms. Trine Lise Sundnes, Deputy Head of EFTA Committee, and Mr. Himanshu Gulati, Head of the Indian-Norwegian Friendship Group in Norwegian Parliament, at Parliament (Storting) in Oslo, Norway, today.

Both sides discussed avenues for mutual investment and collaboration as cooperation had gained prominence especially in the context of India EFTA TEPA. The Committee members were also happy to note that Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi shall be visiting Norway later in the year and expressed hope that it will further enhance bilateral cooperation.

The Union Finance Minister also invited the Committee members to visit GIFT-IFSC and informed that it is a world-class globally competitive financial hub that provides infrastructure and services for financial institutions that offers various tax benefits and a liberalised regulatory regime for entities operating within the IFSC.

In these times of geopolitical uncertainty, it is good to have Norway as part of our European family.

I had an excellent exchange with the Norwegian Parliament’s Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs and Defence.

Norway is already an integral pillar of European security and defence, with 🇳🇴 companies participating in SAFE joint procurement.

We will now work even more closely together as we step up our collective efforts on the Arctic and Arctic security.

@cat_mediocre9 @TuvaMoflag Jeg har selv vært toppleder og hentet i barnehagen før kl 17 annenhver dag. Gikk helt fint. Annenhverdag leverte jeg, de dagene hadde jeg fint tid til å avslutte før jeg dro hjem. Dagene jeg hentet ble det ofte en kveldsøkt hjemme for å forsikre at alt var klart til neste dag.
