I guess everyone saying that Apple failed to innovate and is in retreat with AI, haven’t looked deeply into the Foundation Models and understood the underlying philosophy.

Apple is working towards solving what really needs to be solved: Applying AI. Having worked with Anthropic and OpenAI APIs extensively for over a year, I can say that Apple’s APIs are way ahead of anything the AI labs are doing in terms of deeply integrating AI into apps.

Fellow devs, you shouldn’t overlook this!
