Dear CP Malkajgiri Sir, I would like to bring to your urgent attention a serious incident that occurred on 12th April 2025 under L.B. Nagar Police Station limits, where Shaik Fardeen, Shaik Shanawaz, and Mansoor, residents of Talabkatta, Bhawani Nagar, after purchasing five oxen legally from Konda Mallepally Sunday market, were brutally attacked by Bajrang Dal activists on the Sagar–L.B. Nagar Road. Around 50–60 persons assembled, assaulted them, and forcibly took away their Bolero vehicle.

Despite attempts to contact the police, there was a delay in response. Upon receiving a call from the victims, I immediately alerted senior officials of the Malkajgiri Commissionerate. I have personally visited both the incident spot and L.B. Nagar Police Station, met the injured victims, and assessed the situation.

This is a very serious matter of organized vigilantism and poses a threat to law and order. I request you to kindly ensure immediate arrest of all Bajrang Dal activists involved and strict action against those responsible. It is deeply concerning that instead of taking action against the attackers, L.B. Nagar Police have reportedly booked a case against the Muslim trader who was himself a victim of this brutal assault. This sends a very wrong and disturbing message, where the victim is being treated as an accused while those involved in violence go unpunished.

Further, it is also brought to notice that the victims were made to sit at L.B. Nagar Police Station till early morning, their MLC was not conducted, and they have been asked to come again today for the same. Such handling of injured victims is unacceptable.

I kindly request you to ensure that the seized oxen and vehicle are returned at the earliest, proper medical examination (MLC) is conducted without delay, and justice is delivered promptly to the victims.

🚨 Serious Concern: Harassment of Small Businesses in Nizamabad – Why the Silence?

I strongly condemn the continuous harassment of small establishments in Nizamabad by one anti-social element, Prathap Peesari, reportedly linked to BJP. Despite repeated incidents, there is shocking silence from the Nizamabad police, which raises serious concerns about the functioning of law enforcement in the district.

A disturbing video that has gone viral on social media clearly shows him harassing "Saleem Mewat Dhaba", run by one Mohammed Sameer at Mentrajpally Highway, Nizamabad. Such acts not only threaten the livelihood of small traders but also create an atmosphere of fear and insecurity among business owners.

Why has no action been taken so far? Is there any political protection behind this behaviour? Ignoring such open acts of intimidation, especially when evidence is available in the public domain, sends a dangerous message and emboldens anti-social elements.

I urge @revanth_anumula, @TelanganaCMO, @TelanganaDGP & @cp_nizamabad to immediately intervene, ensure protection to the victim, take strict legal action against the accused, and ensure the removal of the viral video from social media platforms.

⚖️ Rule of law must prevail. Continued silence will only weaken public trust and encourage such unlawful behaviour.
