@ProteanEgovTech I have been trying to generate a TAN number , issue is that thr site is down for the last 3 days , and as a foreign passport holder but OCI card holder there is no provision now for generating a TAN. Whats the solution ? This is delaying transactions and tax !

@Du_Telecom_UAE I accidentally recharged my secondary phone number and bought a flexi plan, I was told to switch back plan and transfer the refund to my primary number . Now I am told I can only trnsfr after 30th Sep. Is this acceptable customer resolution ?? Please help

@Budget so I flew 14 hrs to Boston from Dubai & immigration was super quick ans we were free earlier . My rental which was at 4 pm I reached 30 mins earlier , nobody told me I was being charged an extra day, I was not in a hurry . Feel cheated , disappointed. Really budget !!!
