This place has a tendency distract you from the circumstances you were granted
God has authority, and God put you in this situation
Accept the authority it has over you
Work with it no matter how ugly it gets
Spend more time studying your own blueprint and less time on someone else’s escape plan
Unpopular opinion: occasional blackpill is good for the soul
Builds character, lets you know you’re awake, a reminder that we have room for much improvement
It only fades upon realizing it’s you that has to do the improving
Now the little things seem much bigger
@restoreorderusa At least there’s no hidden fees, seems to include the cost of
- monthly car window repair
- stolen DoorDash orders
- stolen Amazon orders
- chemtrail-induced brain damage
- glock & range membership
Was listening to some old Ye this morning
The music really isn’t that special
Chop some cool samples, use bold snares and weird drum patterns
It’s the aura that’s impressive, the music was just a palatable translation
Talents are just the instrument
@GutOptimized I clearly notice that when in great health I can drink it and go to sleep soon after. It only disrupts when I’m in a general lag. But in any case, I suppose it’s the body.
And if you(r)
- have trouble parking your car properly
- notice your handwriting is shrinking
- stomach hardly ever rumbles
- have cold extremities
- don’t notice background noise
- don’t get much out of bodywork (massages)
your brain is probably deteriorating
The brain is cool because it doesn’t have to age like we’ve been lead to believe
Everyone’s known an 80 year old who’s sharper than the catatonic barista
Its basic needs are:
- oxygen (sufficient circulation)
- glucose (good nutrition)
- stimulation (novelty)
But behaviors we deem normal, like routinely scrolling and remaining sedentary, are what heavily contribute to negative plasticity
So if you start getting slow, anxious, or forgetful, trying to change it up with different sports, subjects, etc. goes a long way (even if it’s painstakingly difficult at first)
What’s not cool is that it’s hard to notice when your brain is chronically inflamed, so paying attention to those seemingly menial patterns is important
Otherwise you won’t be proactive in creating an optimal chemical environment and providing the right kind of stimulation
Experiental heuristics for low neuroinflammation:
- Emotionally moved by music
- Fluid creativity and strategic thinking
- Spontaneous insight
- Can sit still without needing stimulation
- Wake up in a good mood
- Sharp visual acuity
- Stable focus without stimulants
Mechanistically, this means:
- Your microglia (brain immune cells) aren't overactivated
- Mitochondrial output high, ROS low
- Tight blood-brain barrier (BBB) integrity)
- Neurotransmitters are balanced (especially glutamate/GABA)
- Glymphatic drainage works while sleeping
- High BDNF & synaptic plasticity
Operating at high levels with an inflammed brain is impossible and miserable
Witnessing normies handle babies is hard to watch. They drop them in a crib in a dark room and let them cry themselves to sleep, make them wear socks when they try pulling them off, force them to have water even if they push it away. Baby intuition mogs the average adult brain.
I work at a health food store and coworkers brought taco shells from Walmart (Taco Bell spicy taco shells) for their taco day
We have taco shells on the shelf, literally sitting on the good stuff that we can just grab
And they outsource the slop
