I find it interesting that from my understanding, just like Qi its always moving (or: the source of movements)

They noticed that the planes that came back were shot as marked in the img, so reinforced those places. but the planes shot there were already more likely to survive as opposed to the other places that actually caused crashes

If an extremist court of law decides that such and such ain't legal/art as has been the case it doesn't change reality

A circle might very well be considered art depending on intent and context, see Duchamp's fountain
